Voice Mail System that we have installed is a fully computerized and automated system. It works on an open ended dialogic platform with software developed by Servion Global Solutions. The Voice Mail of the customers is stored and retrieved in a central depository located in the Corporate Office:Bangalore, administered by Department of Information Technology and managed by the Quality Improvement Division.
