The bank through its 87 FX designated branches offers foreign exchange related services to the public. The accounts like RFC (Resident Foreign Currency) (domestic) Accounts can be opened and maintained at these branches by the resident public denominated in foreign currencies. These branches accept foreign currency denominated deposits - FCNR (B) deposits in Dollar, Euro and Pound Sterling from the NRI customers. The residents can make FX transactions in accordance with FEMA guidelines with these branches. Conversion of Foreign Currency Drafts, Letters of Credit, Export/Import Financing, Foreign Currency remittances, Collection of Overseas instruments etc. are some of the additional services offered at these designated branches. To enable faster remittance facility to the NRI customers of exchange companies managed by our bank Syndicat-e-Remit, Syndicat-e-Draft, MT Scheme are implemented.
